Have a wonderful and safe Merry Christmas. I was once again humbled to receive a 5-star rating. In 2020, I predicted a 10% increase in prices. Prices topped out at 12%. 2020 had a slow beginning, but finished strong. Inventory remains low and the influx of the migration of buyers from CA made the housing market strong in 2020. 2021 looks like a strong market until the deficit spending and loss of jobs catch up to the economy. Stay tuned because things can change very quickly.
